Arts & Culture Cooperative

Besides highlighting local Land Grant artists, the Arts & Cultural Cooperative is exploring creating traditional meals utilizing the organic produce from the Farmers Cooperative.  Integrating this with the mobile food truck will be exciting and challenging endeavor over the next few months.

Exspanding on this theme, some Arts & Culture members are looking into cultivating Truchas Wheat and Tepary beans to re-establish these traditional seeds for future generations.

Look for the mobile food truck, traditional matanzas and artisan products during the summer of 2012!
